With 11 years of IT experience, Jason brings a wealth of expertise to the Skull Diamond and Heart team. He spent 5 years at Datto as a Support Engineer and 6 years at ACC as a NOC Supervisor. Recently, he enhanced his skills by earning a cybersecurity certification from ISC2.

Currently, Jason serves as a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer, where he applies his knowledge to troubleshoot issues and ensure the security and reliability of systems.

Outside of work, Jason is a sports enthusiast, a huge Kobe Bryant fan, and a lover of music and Sci-fi movies.
